Longevity: The marketplace has validated our price since 1974. We do many jobs every year. We would not be able to produce that many projects if our price were beyond the value offered. Remember, the lowest price is not necessarily the least expensive!

The Complete Price: The most important issue is that we believe a fair price must be a "complete" price. We believe that it is our duty to provide you with a price that covers the entire scope of work envisioned. We know that surprise change orders after the initial agreement is signed can sour a relationship and can create hardship for you. We want change orders to be the result of your changing your mind, or adding more work because of your growing confidence in us.

Warranty: Indy Restoration Service believes that it has a solemn bond and commitment with its clients to quickly and effectively solve warranty issues. We offer a two-year warranty. With over three decades in business, we will be here long after your project completes and are able to address any warranty issues that may arise.

I have been in the construction business for over 40 years. I started in residential construction learning the carpentry trade in both framing and trim. I’ve framed and trimmed both residential and commercial properties. At 26 I built my first custom home and built over 150 custom homes from 2,400 sq ft. to over 14,000 sq ft. and several commercial buildings. These included a few show homes. My company also handled the build out of all types of commercial properties from fast food, cafeterias, banks, medical centers and everything in between.  I was raised in Carmel and have lived in the Zionsville area since 1977.

When the influx of tract home builders began to enter the custom home market I realized the end was near for most custom builders. I stayed in the new home building business until 1996. During this time I maintained an interior trim crew that I managed to keep very busy. Most of the large tract home builders that forced me out of the business are in fact out of business now. Rather than wait until I was forced out of the business I decided to stop building custom homes and concentrate on residential and commercial weather damage insurance claims. I am an insurance claims specialist.

In my spare time I enjoy boating and fishing on Lake Michigan and in Florida off Ft. Myers. I have a USCG Commercial Masters Near Coastal Captains license. I have also been a motorcycle enthusiast for over 40 years. Don't ask me about these activities unless you have plenty of time.
